I was at the car dealer for 3 hours to change tires and regular check-up so I decided to do some work with computer while waiting.
There were couture top, so I didn’t need to sit down on the chair.
After almost three hours of standing, a man came and said “you are standing whole time, why?’
I explained how I try to avoid sitting in a chair too much to maintain my core strength and good posture.
He liked my idea, and when it came time to pay for the service, he came to where I was standing and he said “I guess I don’t need to sit down so…..”
At home, I have my computer on the second shelf of desk so I can stand when working.
