Angle of Pelvis


1)Lets have a seat with good posture

2)Shall we stand up?

Were you holding your breath during movement?

Remember how much you lean forward.

3)Now keep talking or singing then stand up.

Did you notice you don’t need to lean forward too much?

4) Hold your breath completely then stand up

Impossible to stand like step 3?

As you experienced, the pelvis doesn’t need to angel too much to stand up when you exhale.

正しい姿勢で座っている状態から立ち上がる時、呼吸が浅いと前屈みの角度が深くなります。

会話しながら、歌いながらと息を吐きながら立ち上がると、骨盤の傾きは浅くてもスッと立ち上がる事ができます。

呼吸を完全に止めた状態で立ち上がってみましょう。

かなり前屈みにならないと立てませんね?

呼吸と骨盤の関係は動きに影響してます。
