Facial Exercise : Zoom live
Like our body, our face contains over 50 muscles. Great way to keep your face looking and
feeling young and fresh. You will stretch entire face through massage of the face, head and
neck. These exercises improve the blood flow, release any tension of face and neck, and firms and tighten your face and neck following with the strength exercises. Results from members are better eyesight, soften jaws, sharp face line and relaxed neck and shoulders.
Strength & Balance : Zoom Live or recorded Video
Great class for falls prevention, and to gain balance and confidence. This full-body workout
builds long, lean muscles, while focusing on functional movement control, core strength and
posture.
Mobility : Zoom live
Combines exercises that increase the range of motion, stabilization, and control within your
joints and surrounding muscles. An excellent class for fall prevention.
Tai Chi : in person
Tai Chi blends mental focus and physical effort to build strength , flexibility and mindfulness.
It is a gentle exercise involving slow movements, seep breaths, and meditative state.
The benefits from Tai Chi are stress reduce, improves mood, better sleep, reduce risk of falling, and Improve balance. Our Tai Chi is based on Yang style.
This class will be held at Carleton Dominion Chalmers Centre, 355 Cooper Street, Ottawa.
